Is there such a thing? I have been trying to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day since i went on my pursuit of weight loss, but I have been averaging 5, 6 tops. Today I woke up at 8, and since then I have drank 6 glasses of water. Each glass is about 2 cups.
Anyway i pee'd four times in probably just under an hour after my workout, and the third time kind of burned a little. Thats not a normal thing for me at all. The last time didn't, but i feel sore and it's been like 15 minutes.
Am i over-hydrating? My pee is clear as hell lol
