Too much water?

Is there such a thing? I have been trying to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day since i went on my pursuit of weight loss, but I have been averaging 5, 6 tops. Today I woke up at 8, and since then I have drank 6 glasses of water. Each glass is about 2 cups.

Anyway i pee'd four times in probably just under an hour after my workout, and the third time kind of burned a little. Thats not a normal thing for me at all. The last time didn't, but i feel sore and it's been like 15 minutes.

Am i over-hydrating? My pee is clear as hell lol

You can overhydrate yourself, but the symptoms are much more severe than burning pee.  You're not going to hurt yourself by drinking 6 glasses of water through the day unless you've got some sort of kidney issue.

One thing to remember is that you have to spread the consumption of water out.  Clear pee doesn't guarantee proper hydration.  If you slam more water than the body can absorb then the rest just gets flushed out.
