Title: 6800GS or 6600GT?

I am preparing to upgrade my comp, and the video cards choice left me wondering :p: Which one is more useful?

eVGA 6800GS (http://www.memoryexpress.com/index.php?PageTag=&page=file&memx_menu=EmbedProductDetail.php&DisplayProductID=6746&SID=54058): The good: faster than the 6600GT, looks good on paper. the bad: expensive.

BFG 6600GT OC (http://www.memoryexpress.com/index.php?PageTag=&page=file&memx_menu=EmbedProductDetail.php&DisplayProductID=5416&SID=54058): The good: cheaper, dual DVI. the bad: slower than the 6800GS.

Which one has a better value?

the other stuff I am upgrading to is the mobo (Gigabyte GA-K8N-SLI), and the processor (X2 3800+)
