iPhone:

Airport Challenge
Peggle (already mentioned)
Jet Car Stunts
Harbor Master
Shopping Cart Hero
Veggie Samurai
Pocket God
Westbang

PC Games:
Any Hitman game that wasn't previously mentioned
18 Wheels of Steel - stupid, but somehow fun... I like to drive shit
Madden 08... was this already mentioned?
NBA 02 - or something like that, I should really get another NBA game
NFS - any version that hasn't been previously mentioned

I'm sure there are others I'm forgetting but those are the standouts for me.

Mario 64 (I would have taken it but I already had zelda).
The original "Ice Hockey" for the NES (you build your team as a combination of skinny, medium, and fat guys.. remember?) i played the crap out of this game.

I can't find my CDs for it anymore but I did download it recently.  Maybe I'll start over
