Title: know anything about instrumental easy listening?

My wife likes to listen to the "easy listening" cable-music station when she takes naps on Sunday afternoons.  I want to buy her a CD or two for her birthday but have no clue what to get.

She had jotted down some composer/arrangers she liked, such as
101 String Orchestra
Nelson Riddle
Norrie Parmor
Percy Faith

but from what I can google, most of them died in the 70's so I'm thinking its gonna be hard to find their "greatest hits" at walmart.  Her birthday's tomorrow - any suggestions?
