I have a whole new kind of respect for Latvia now... Holy shit that was way too close. Props to the Latvian goalie for facing 57 shots and  surviving to the end after almost collapsing from exhaustion.

I don't even know what numbers those channels are let alone what programming is on them. I'm so lost this Olympics.

Refs were terrible... I don't know why the women's games still use a single ref, I thought everyone had moved to the two ref system.

Glad I stayed away from this thread. Fast forwarded through most of it then started watching at regular speed with three minutes left of the third period until the end.

What was wrong with the refs?

They've been pretty terrible in both hockey tournaments.  Quick examples - the US empty net chance was a result of the ref being in the wrong place and blatantly screening a Canadian player.  The slashing call against the US in OT was unbelievably weak. The crosschecking penalty against the US in OT should have been tripping and a penalty shot.

Poland is cleaning up. I think they have more medals at Sochi than all other winter Olympics combined!
