Coolest part of the gold medal game was that bars all over Canada were open and packed! That was a 7am start time in the east, 5am in Alberta, and 4am in BC. The CBC broadcast kept showing shots from a few of the bars and it was crazy to see how many people were out having an early morning beer and watching the game.
