Baseball Mogul, if you're not familiar with it, is a stats based baseball simulator. You can simulate everything in the game from GM moves to managerial calls to whatever you want (except actually playing the game). It's a stat nerd's wet dream.
It also allows you to simulate years at a time with little muss or fuss. We just did this on another board and the results are pretty hilarious (Put your money on the Nationals in 09, fyi). We created some players to represent several of us and followed them through their careers. It's pretty fun and requires minimal effort on the part of everyone involved. It's just funny to see Govt Cheez, a submariner who features an eephus and a knuckleball, pitch in the bigs. It's also kind of cool to see yourself as an all star making $10mil a year
So, anyone up to creating a player? If you want to, just fill out this thing below, I'll put people into the game, and sim away. I know a lot of people don't check the board on the weekends, so I'll wait until Tuesday to actually do the league.

If you’re a pitcher, I need your delivery (overhand, ¾, sidearm, etc), and pitches (2-3 if you’re a reliever, 4-5 if you’re a starter – I’ll rate them by the order you give to me). BM2008 has a list of like 30+ pitches, so if you've heard of it, chances are they've got it - down to stuff like the gyroball, spitball, scuffball, etc.
For the attributes, pick up to two greats overall. You can fill everything else out with goods, but where's the fun in that?
