Seriously?  This sport will last for 8 fucking months?  How the hell am I supposed to pay attention/care for that long?  I just don't have the attention span.  Same goes for the NBA (Seriously?  The playoffs take 3 months?).  March Madness is over and it's not a summer Olympics year.  There are no more sports until September.

Though little league games are kinda fun to watch - especially if you know the kids and/or drink heavily.

I like going to a game...especially if I care at all about one of the teams (which I admittedly really don't) but the freekin season never ends!

I guess...Football is 6 (Sept-Feb). Baseball is 8 (April-Nov).  Seriously?  It's a summer game - but the World Series be played in the snow?

I liked being able to go to Pirates games for $10 and getting a hot dog for $1.  Doing that at a Yankees game (please don't throw anything at me) would cost an arm.  Sure, the Pirates suck, but it was more about going somewhere and hanging out with people.  And getting free umbrellas/shirts/hats/I have a shit-ton of Pirates stuff.

PNC Park looks beautiful

If I get stuck in Iowa anytime soon, I'm totally checking out the Cedar Rapids Kernels, the A ball team for the Angels.  The most expensive seats there are $10.  I also want to check out the field from Field of Dreams
