I have text that is at an angle, left to right. Picture it like this: /

I want to rotate it from / to _ basically. I can use the rotate but that's only at 90 degrees. How can I rotate it in custom increments to get it level?

I'm using GIMP (2.6)

Layer -> Transform -> arbitrary rotation
or
Tools -> Transform Tools -> rotate
