Alias Grace (Netflix)
« on: July 29, 2018, 01:01:52 PM »
This is a mini series (only 6 episodes).  Very interesting and really gives you the feels a few times.  Really good story and keeps you hooked throughout.  Lots of little twists and the ending is great.  I really liked the casting and how it was shot.

We're finding that we really like 2 things: end of the world type of stuff or stuff from 100-150 years ago.  This falls into the latter and it's a good one.

Is this something your wife liked too? I'm always on the look out for shows my wife can handle :)  She can't really tolerate much violence and isn't into sci-fi or fantasy...

Yeah, she really liked it.  There is some 'violence' but it's pretty tame.  The whole thing centers around some murders but it isn't really gory or anything.
