bump to track my training for the Warrior Dash and general other stuff
Having a weight loss competition with my wife between her birthday (1/21) and mine (7/24). If I win she has to buy me a new backpack for hiking. If I lose I have to buy her a full day at a spa. We're both doing the low carb thing. Started at 208.5 3 weeks ago, weighed in at 200.5 on Monday. Doing the same basic program from the beginning of the thread.
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Arms
Wednesday: Cardio or Rest
Thursday: Chest
Friday: Back
My working squat weight is 185x5, my DB bench is 65x5, deadlift is unknown because I'm convinced my form is totally hosed. Probably about 275x5 once I get that worked out. Joined
this gym because even though I have stuff in my basement I don't seem to ever use it. This probably has a lot to do with why I was at 208 before I started this. The gym has a lot of neat conditioning equipment that I'd like to use but I am a little intimidated by. Still tracking my food on livestrong when I can.
I'm going to be out of town for work next week, but in general I'm traveling a lot less than I was. I've already figured out where I can workout when I'm on the road.
