Was never a xbox fan, im a PS guy when it comes to console games. However, this thing is mean. Got to play some prince of persia on my buddies today and man, the graphics are just really damn good.

Worth checking out

OH MY FUCKING GOD!
If you do end up buying a 360, don't tilt it while it's running:

Come on, this is a seriously poor fuck up. You almost feel sorry for Microsoft...

Too many reported issues to buy one right now, may buy one when they go down a hundred bucks or so.

I could be wrong, but won't something similar happen with just about any dvd/cd drive? Maybe you should try tipping your computer tower sideways while its reading a disc and see what happens!

ive left more than a few pcs sideways while installing xp for diff reasons, as well as constantly tilting portable dvd players over at work while playing and i have never had this happen. Any product that allows that is of poor design and quality.

My PS2 doesn't scratch cds when moved (while playing). If you read the article that shows how they painted the high spots, you can see it is really the design to blame.

Soo...Guess I was wrong then. I'm still getting one, though it sounds like it wont be until 2006.

I've got an Xbox & PS2 and to be honest it shits all over the Sony.  I've never had it crash, freeze, stall, ruin an disc..the 360 looks like it's going to kick arse.

I was thinking about getting the Revolution. I've played the Gamecube a bit (never owned one though) and thought it was pretty neat - real comfortable controllers are nice too. My only problem with it is the abundance of childrens games on the console - for some reason Nintendo and Kindergarten seem to go hand in hand.

No. You're wrong. Nintendo and people who like good games
go hand in hand.

Games like Grand Theft Auto are the types of games kids
play.

Amen.
