Not to get to personal, but what kind of work have you been doing between trips?  And is that the only way your funding your travel?

Changed direction, now going Southbound. Last day of work is June 6th. Heading to Glacier National Park and hope to start hike June 15th.

so GNP is your starting point? where is the finish?

Were you actually able to get several months of good hiking in, or was it three months of alternating between trying to go on the stress fracture and resting it?
