Vista Ultimate 64 Bit

I'm using Ultimate 32 bit, and i will never go back to XP. I just bought 4GB of PNY DDR2 5400 though so its time to bump up to 64 bit. Anyone using it? I remember when 64 bit XP first came out there was ALOT of crashing issues and software that would not run. How is it now?

I heard an audio review of Vista64 this weekend and it was considered equal to V32.
