I bought a banjo
« on: June 15, 2016, 10:49:43 PM »
I've been casually looking for a banjo for a bit after playing a prototype one at the local shop a few years back. My dad owns a Nechville and I've thought it would be fun to own one someday. Well today I finally decided to get one. It's a used Nechville Moonshine. I have to get it shipped here so it'll be a week or so but I'm looking forward to playing around with it. It's my first instrument I've bought without playing but I'm quite familiar with the Nechville quality so I'm somewhat comfortable it'll be good. It's an open back banjo which I'm a bit more found of the sound of and seems to be in quite good condition based on the pictures I saw so crossing my fingers. Price seemed reasonable too.

You know that you can only wear bib overalls when you play a banjo, right?  Did you get those ordered yet?  Or maybe you already have a pair?

It helps if one leg is torn off too.  Mostly torn off is fine.

Of the overalls.
