I'm heading up to Ely, MN this weekend for the start of a week vacation (the rest of the week I'm going to build my studio) and I'm bringing up a few of my guitars. I'm staying with some friends in their cabin and the host requested I bring my 12 string along since I don't bring it out much. I haven't played it much recently so it baddly needed new strings. What a pain in the a$$. I hate restringing a 12 string. Not only does it take twice as long to get the strings on but it takes forever to tune it up. Thankfully, I only have one so far but I'm sure this will spark me to play 12 string for a while again. Who knows, maybe I'll get a sibling for it soon, but first the studio has to get built. I'll post pictures next week as it comes together.
