Huh....so FD must have been like 2000?  I still check that domain to see if it's open from time to time...Will buy if it ever reopens....

I think CBoard did a reboot in Aug 2001, making everybody re-register or something, right? Or maybe I'm thinking of something else.

I joined CBoard in 2003 but wasn't really a part of this community until just after Micah. He, Knuck and I are the newbies since we've only been around for 8 years.

Yea - Cboard did do a 8/2001 reboot when it moved to vBulliten - apparently that's how Alex and I spent our last couple of weeks summer before senior year...When we did I changed my join date to my actual join date: 08-09-1998 (9th grade for those of you counting).  I know there were some around before me...Govt? Salem, maybe Doubleanti?  But it shouldn't have been by much - I know Alex started the site in 7th grade; I'm not sure when the message boards started.

First mention of FD I can find is 11/2001.  I think maybe it started cause people were annoyed that we lost all the old posts and examples when we rolled over to vBulliten from whatever the hell we had.  Anyway, long fucking time....
