I've been to the gym three times this week, the past three days inc. this morning and will go again tomorrow night. Feels great. Doing all cardio at the moment, about 10 mins on cycle, 10 mins on tread, 10 mins on rowing machine. It's not a lot of time, but I don't have a lot of time right now to do much more but I have been busting it really pushing myself the whole way, no breaks in between machines. This weekend I'm breaking out the weights.
