They left, feeling unappreciated and
vain.
One pops in my head:
“Oh man, this is one is IT”
So I write it out, the full thing, in my head and
smile.
[i]Put it down on paper.[/i] I will,
later.
Later I forget – I don’t forget but put it off for later
still.
[i]Who do you think you are?[/i]
I finally sit and try to remember:
“I had so many –
Where did they go?”
I let them get away and end
up with THIS – bleh.
Someone once told me that the really great ones don’t get
away. They get ready for you and the world in the back
of your head. He was a good man but also a
liar.
