MAC redirection

If someone is stealing wireless from my buddy, and i have his MAC, can i somehow redirect him to a page when he tries to surf? Like www.mydomain.com/thefbiiscomingforu.php?

It's a DLINK dir-615 router if that matters lol

Not sure about that router, but my linksys can block and do MAC redirection.
