What do you guys use for web services?

For development?

I used eclipse + lomboz ... i highly suggest AVOIDING lomboz as it is a giant piece of shit. Instead you can try a devel release of the webtools project [http://eclipse.org/webtools/index.html] or if you want to spend a little cash, MyEclipse is a J2EE devel tool used a lot in industry. Ive never tried it but its supposed to be pretty cool.

Im sure there are non-eclipse based tools out there too, I don't know anything about them though :)
