the funniest part is that the Orioles were up 3 to zip after the 3rd.

I think the funniest part is that the starter, Daniel Cabrera, gave up 6 runs in 5 innings and had the BEST line out of all their pitchers.

Also that the Rangers 2nd pitcher got the save even though he was spotted an 11 run lead when he came in.

It's worth noting that the previous holders of the record beat the St Louis Browns

Who later moved to Baltimore and became the Orioles.

I thought maybe they had brought in Jose Canseco to pitch or something. But nope, just four straight relievers who sucked horribly.
