I recall that plateauing is common in weight loss like this, so I wouldn't get discouraged. But I don't remember if there is a fix or you should wait it out. I have a vague recollection that you're actually supposed to eat a little bit more when you plateau.
You might want to look at the Fat2Fit podcasts. There was mini-version with just their tips in small installments, but I don't remember what it was called. Interestingly, I noticed on their website (
