It's part of Google's April Fool's Day stuff.

Don't beat the messenger.

The funny part is there was probably much debate on coming up with that bad of a page. Or they just swiped it from a worse of list they had laying around somewhere.

They could have made it worse by changing the font color so that the contrast with the background was worse.  Surprisingly I still see that problem all over the web, even on newer sites.
