you can do all sorts of stuff with it, but in my family it was always just spread some butter on it, sprinkle some sugar over it and roll it up for enjoyment.

That's expensive. At my Sam's Club they're only like $2.5

They're just thin tortilla-like sheets.

Just keep it simple. A little bit of butter sprinkled with some sugar; roll up and enjoy. That's about it. It typically just a seasonal thing. Like Hershey Kiss Cookies.
