I ate and drank a ton in Vegas, but I always walked basically everywhere.

Played racquetball Friday (lost.  badly.)

Back to the gym today.  I like going on Sundays because there's no one around.  Didn't have much energy, but got through it.  I failed on my last rep of my last set of flat bench, and was shaking.  I don't think I had had enough to eat and probably too much caffeine (scrambled eggs, bacon, and coffee for breakfast)

15-Nov   DB  Bench   3x6x60   good weight
   Incline Bench   3x6x35   good weight
   Dips   3x6x10   
   Cable Flies   3x6x160  <-- Big time PR, but I think it was more because I used way less than I should have last time.  This still felt pretty damn easy.

This week is going to be rough because I'm traveling for work (to Ludington) the first three days of this week.  I know the hotel I'm staying at has a little gym, but I'm going to see if I can find a real one that I can buy a weekly pass or day pass or something.

I bet some toast with a smear of jelly would have added a good combo of simple and complex carbs that, with the help of all that protein, would sustain you through your workout.

You're probably right.  I had originally intended to rake leaves this morning but went to the gym instead, so I didn't really plan it out very well.

I found a gym where my hotel is that appear to be open like 3 hours a day.  I don't know what the hell.

Just got back from my "new" gym, where I did legs

3x8x290 Leg Press
3x8x110 Leg Curl
2x6x225 Deadlift

First time I did deadlifts in a long time.  It felt pretty good and I could easily add a good amount of weight.  I'm sure my form was not great, but I couldn't check because my temporary gym doesn't have mirrors.  Or employees, for that matter.

I also messed around doing pullups and negatives for a little while

Seated DB Press 3x6x30

I'm getting stronger, but my weight seems to be staying the same, whether I eat good and don't drink at all or eat like shit.  Weighed in at 207 Friday morning, 205.5 this morning at the gym, where I did legs.

Squat - 2x6x185
Calf raise - 3x8x135
Leg press - 3x6x290
Prone Leg Curl - 3x6x110

I just realized I forgot to do Incline Press today.  I'm still confident I will meet my squat goal, but it's becoming clear I don't have a shot at my weight goal.  That's fine - I'm looking better than I was, and that's more important than the number on the scale.  I'd still like to drop some weight though.

Back day today, ILS incoming!  It was a decent day but my log is in my gym bag and I don't feel like getting it out though.  The gym was absolutely packed, which is kinda weird for Thanksgiving, until I noticed they were all on the cardio machines.  Tryin to burn off that turkey before it even gets them, heh.

Also fuck everyone who was at the gym at 10am on a weekday trying to work off your fuckin turkey and gravy and shit.  When someone is obviously trying to do something on a bench it's pretty shitty of you to stand directly next to it and do old man shit for 10 minutes while I'm trynaget swole

Tricep Pulldown - 3x6x100  (more)
Cable Curl - 3x6x110 (good)
Goofyass tricep press machine - 3x6x210 (more)
DB Preacher Curl - 3x8x25 (more)
Tricep Pullover Machine - 1x4x70, 1x5x60 (this hurt a lot)
DB Curl - 3x8x30 (nuttin but a peanut)
