Title: It's really tricky trying to heat oats in a microwave

Getting the milk to oats (http://www.gffoodservice.com.au/Content.aspx?ContentID=145) ratio is hard enough, but the real trick is overcoming the microwave.  It's a real bastard.  5 seconds too much and it's free interior redesign.

It helps if you use a stainess steel thermos.
