Yet Another Wii Thread.

I bought a Wii yesterday, I really had no intention too buy it... just went out to do some stuff, stopped at best buy and picked one up as more of a reflex action than anything.

Wii sports is pretty fun, though the games are oversimplified. It's cool as more of a demo than something I'd consider to be a game. The weather and news channels are pretty cool too. Not a big fan of having to pay for the web browser though, should be included

Anyway, whats a must have game? I'm thinking Zelda but sports games are pretty fun. Tiger Woods? Is there a more hadcore tennis game?

yeah, Metroid looks pretty cool. Money is an issue though (poor starving student and all) so I have to be selective. Maybe give Zelda a shot.


Is Wii Play any good? I want a second controller and it comes with one for about $15 more than the cost of the controller alone.

Tiger Woods is pretty fun too but I'd wait for 08 to come out.

Wii Play is OK but the only reason to get it would be for an additional controller.

I can't wait for Guitar Hero 3 to come out. Prepared to be annihilated.

And when mario cart Wii comes out, I'm all over that too.

I'd say Zelda and Tiger Woods would be must haves. But the upcoming "season" of new games finally looks promising.
