Well today I got it all sorted.  Thankgod.  She was pretty cool about it all, at least I think so.  It was very mature, we both talked and hugged after.  It's such a relief because I've been feeling so bad all week about it.  I don't know why but I always seem to remain good friend with girls I've had these short-term things with.  Fuck knows why, I think I'm a cad.

Quit looking at girls as potential lifemates. You seem to have no problem hooking up with them. Just go with that. A right one will pop up. Make sure you're ok yourself - not expecting her to complete you, or your vision of yourself (this doesn't discount the "whooho!, we're like one!" feeling that can happen. Just wait, & don't rely on it).
Basically, quit looking for love. Women are put off by that attitude It'll come to you.
