Remember how I said that RDAs are dumb? After breakfast, I've already blown through my RDAs for protein and cholesterol. I had 1 egg, 6oz of chicken breast, 1/4c egg whites, 1/4c cheese, and a low-carb tortilla. That's enough for 127% of protein and 119% of cholesterol
