Lat Raise: 1x10x20, 1x10x15
Tricep Rope Pullover: 1x12x30, 1x6x30, 1x5x30

Fuck.. you're lighter than me now. Do I still have to consider myself a fatass for being heavier than you even if it happened because you lost weight?

35 lbs in two weeks is not cool.  Not safe, not healthy, and unsustainable.

I am in no way a fitness pro, but please be careful.

Seriously, that is dangerous.  It's going to level out soon, too.

Here is the real thing about weight loss:  if you aren't changing your habits then all the fad or quick loss tricks don't mean shit in the end.

That's very true.  It's not like I got overweight by eating like a total slob every day, I just ate like a normal college student/bachelor and didn't exercise.  It doesn't take a whole lot to start putting on weight if you decide to go back to bad habits.  I've been giving a lot of thought to what I want to do once I get down to my goal weight (probably 165 or so) and I haven't quite made up my mind.  I have realized that I can basically live without bread and not mind though, I know that much.  I do miss fruit, but I don't really miss other sweet things very often.

The thing that I really hope I keep up is the exercising.  I've been fairly consistently working out 4-6 times a week for 6 months now, and I've really enjoyed it.  I've kept this up longer than I have ever have in the past, so I hope I still feel motivated to keep at this after the diet is done.

I know it won't sustain. I have adjusted but I have a weigh in for my new job on thursday and needed a solution to get thru it.

Random shit I heard but believe: When you gain the weight back you'll be even heavier/you'll have to eat even less or exercise more to maintain the lower weight because you took it off so quickly.
