(Did you know that when you type in "5 mi" into the search bar in chrome it will automatically give you the km conversion without having to type in "to km"?)

What the heck. My W5D1 was 2:30 run, 2:30 walk 12x.

C210K W9D3, run 8 minutes walk 2, repeat 5 times.  Done immediately after our first decent rain in a loooong time and it was nice and cool out.  Kept a pretty consistent ~9 minute pace on the running sections and didn't want to die.  Felt good

I'm not sure yet.  I'll probably concentrate more on lifting but I don't want to lose the improvements I've made to my running, so I'll probably have to suck it up and do the treadmill thing.
