Try a pair of mountain biking shorts.  They give you the padding and support without the cycling shorts look.

I was planning to just wear compression shorts under my regular gym shorts.  I probably won't be biking for more than an hour or so max, so I figured that would be enough.  I just forgot to grab them yesterday.  I'll check that out if it's still a problem, though.

Easy 3+ miles just to make sure I can.  Gettin fat.  Gonna be travelling every week for the rest of the year.  Gonna get fatter.

I'm not really gaining much weight, though - I weighed myself this morning and was 182.5, which is about where I've been since I went off low carb.  I just feel fat and lazy and unmotivated, and the traveling isn't helping.  One thing that should help is stopping drinking for a few months, though.

I feel fat lazy and unmotivated too, after taking a week off of physical activity. Except I started drinking again after a few months of stopping because now I don't have to worry about my body needing to recover immediately from workouts. Maybe I will try a run on Thanksgiving.

I seriously am logging all my workouts here, too - I've been working out once a week, twice tops for a little while.  I'm completely unmotivated right now.
