One time I laid on a bench to do bench press and let out a huge fart. The lady on the bench next to mine looked at me but I ignored her and pretended she did it

So before my wife's water broke, I ran about 4 miles.  Last night, I lifted.  Since my MIL is here this week I'm going to try to get back into some kind of routine since TM is like 5 weeks away and I am NOT ready.

Almost saw a dude die at the gym last night.  I was about to sit down for bench press and I noticed a guy near me had 4 plates on one side of his bar and 2 on the other.  Thankfully I mentioned it to him before something really bad happened

Also my dumb gym finally got a couple rowing machines :) Gonna give those a try later this week

Ran 5.05 miles today. Got a pretty wicked blood blister out of nowhere on one of my toes. That's never happened before

Did about 4 miles on Friday, about 6 yesterday night.  Last night's run had a few walk breaks because of severe intestinal distress

I have one, but I'm going to wait until he's a little older to bust that out.  Right now if he's awake he's usually angry, so I'd rather not run with a screaming baby.  I am totally looking forward to being "that guy" at a race with a snowplow-like stroller

The marathon I'm registered for starts at 7am and is in downtown Detroit where there isn't much of anywhere to park so I'm looking at hotel rooms, but the only one that's within a mile of the start is $200 for that night.  Hmmmmm....
