Today I did arms, but I changed some things so my numbers are all jacked up
Tricep pulldowns - 3x6x57.5... somehow I doubt I dropped 35 pounds since Saturday. I don't think this was in KG, but it definitely wasn't pounds
Bicep Cable Curls - 1x4,1x5,1x6x100 <-- woot
Tricep Pullover - 2x6x50 Still unsure about these (also around here my left tricep started to kill)
DB Preacher Curls - 2x4x30. I couldn't get more than 4 on my left arm no matter what. This is a lot harder than freehand
Curl Machine - Just dicked around
Tricep pushdown machine - 2x6xsomething heavy, don't remember

picture like I promised. I also took a back picture but I'm on my wife's computer using Windows 7 and it doesn't like the memory card. So yeah, don't say I didn't warn you. Shirtless in my kitchen, with the camera perched on top of a blender.
