Need to figure out eating and working out.  This evening we did the workout at 5:30 instead of 6:30 like last week.  So I didn't eat dinner beforehand and I was just spent.  Got light headed during the workout which was a combo of fuel and poor breathing.  I want to do the 6am classes since I know I'll go more regularly before work than after so I'm gonna need to figure that out.  Not gonna get up at 5 just to eat.

I'm glad to see you are sticking with it Mike. I honestly could never do a workout so early, because i'm so incoherent in the morning, but I can see a major benefit to it.

I'm actually a morning person.  I've pretty much always gone to bed at 10 and gotten up at 6ish.  Yeah, I know I'm weird.

I'm the same way.  During the week I'm usually asleep 10-5:30, weekends is 10-7.  I like it that way.

I don't get morning people.  During the week I'm usually 11:30/midnight - 6:30 and 12/1 - 8ish on weekends.

I adapt easily to whatever my work schedule is. Right now I'm not working that much, so my body reverts to the schedule it's used to from the majority of my working life and thats up all night with naps in the day. I usually sleep 3-4 hours a day.

Last night I passed out at 7PM though and I've been up since 3AM. Did my p90X at 5:15.

It is now, but in 6 months you'll be able to look at your progress and feel like a badass

Right now I'm trying not to focus on the 6+ month goals.  Every time I do that self doubt creeps back in.  Need to focus on the 3 day or week goals.

Man I've gotten lazy over the winter and been waking up at 6:30.  So this week I've been waking up at 6 to prepare for the 6am classes next week (which I'll have to wake up at 5:40ish for).  The first 10 minutes suck.  What I really need to something that'll slowly start raising the light level in the room starting at like 30 minutes before the alarm.  I went all summer without an alarm since I get the morning sun in through the bedroom window.  It'd cause me to wake up at 6:30.
