Topic: Toner/Ink

I was thinking of getting a new printer, even though I dont use it too often. Will ink or toner dry out over a period of time if I don't use the printer?

Unlikely unless you let it sit four or five months at a time.

Avoid HP and Epson.

They date their cartridges.  At X date they just won't function new or not.  Silly.

I am a big Lexmark fan but Canon has been really making some great printers lately.  I may make the switch next time.  I like the ability to individually switch color cartridges.
