The Source(s) of the Pot Pie and Bisque

FYI
If you want recipes that work well, taste good, and aren't stupid hard to make, please visit the following two sites.  They are sister sites and both have proven themselves over several years.  Good quality, good people, and more than just recipes.  I think they both offer trials on their sites and magazines.  You can also catch them for free on nation wide PBS under the guise of America's Test Kitchen.

Bisque Recipe
In MS Word.

We added a couple minor tweeks to the recipe.

We forgot to add the brandy before serving.  Sorry Obe!

Initially we thought that 2 cups of white wine would make it too strong, but it all cooked down to the point that we couldn't detect any.

Anyhoo...check it out.

boo registering. Is pirating recipes illegal?

torrent, plz.

Not unless you sell them.  I guess anyway.  I post their recipes once in a while so that people can see the quality of the Cook's product.

Torrent?   :dunno:
