Got a naaasty case of food poisoning at Panera Bread a Thursday.  I am still dealing with the effects. 

Got one of these.  Had to be it.  I didn't get anything else and it was all I had to eat that day.

Turkey Artichoke
Smoked turkey, spinach artichoke spread, Asiago-Parmesan cheese, tomatoes & caramelized onions, grilled hot on our Focaccia.

Uuuggghh.  Be a while before I eat there again!!

That sucks. Able to eat again yet?

That's the only thing you ate all day? I can barely make it to 11 without passing out.

I think this was your post?  And yeah, I meant the space between meals.  Your body thinks you're starving if you do that and tries to store as much as possible as fat.

The main reason I don't usually eat between 9:30 a and about 6:00p is that if I do it really kills my energy level.  I just peter out in the 2:00 are and don't recover until the next day.  Makes my daily workout nearly unbearable. 

I try to eat a bagel (no spread) and then usually bottle water until dinner time.

When I was working out a lot (I haven't been in like 2 months :() I tried to eat at 7, 10, 12, 3, and about 7.  If I felt like I needed extra energy for my workout I'd have a cup of coffee or a diet coke with my 3:00 meal to get a little burst of energy.

RoD only ate there once, but it was pretty good as i recall. RoD had foid poisening this week as well from a local diner.
