Changed their admin panel to some new bullshit that doesn't work. It claims it doesn't work on anything but the latest FF, but the fact is it doesn't work on shit. New FF, old FF, Chrome, Safari, Linux, Windows, OSX all fail to let me do a damn thing with my domain management.

So i contacted them and was told it's me because other users aren't complaining. I find that hard to believe. I love the price and the hosting, but last time they changed the webmail client and it SUCKS. now they change this.

and no amount of user bitching seems to matter to them

Same with me. Why the f*ck would any sensible IT company write a web interface for a single browser? Is it still 2002 where they work?

That's why I'll never use 1&1.  They don't give a shit about the people that use their product.

Mmm. Seemed to work for me on OSX with FF4. But it didn't like Chrome.

Today it wouldn't work AT ALL with FF, but it's perfect in Chrome.

They gave me the next 12 months free while they work out the bugs. I don't use the CP often, this was a rare change so i can deal with that.
