DVD stands

My DVDs are getting out of hand, especially with box sets and games and whatnot. I've probably got around 100 DVDs/games along with a handful of boxed sets. Does anyone have any advice for decent looking ones? Any brands to look for or anything like that?

Get a book. The ones that hold like 300 or 500. We keep all of our CDs and DVDs in them. Nice, neat and well organized. Jewel boxes get stored in the basement.

We don't have that many DVDs (well, maybe we've got 100). I like what we've done. We got a shelf/drawer thing that is normally stacked as a bookcase but we put them side by side for a long, short entertainment "center". We put our TV on top and our DVD player and DirecTV box in the open shelves under it, then on either side we have drawers.
So we put all our DVDs in the wide drawers on one side and random shit in the smaller drawers on the other side. It works great because you open the drawer and can see the side of all the DVD boxes for easy access, and the drawer closes so they are out of sight when you don't want to look at them (cleaner and prettier than a DVD rack).
It's something like this... but I don't think we paid that much for it:

The zip up books. Ours is good for 500 each I think. We keep them with their info booklet in alphabetical order. Nothing gets thrown away.

I'm with Knuckle, get a book. I've had a few disc towers and never really liked them. The books fit well onto shelves and take up way less space (with is nice when you have hundreds of discs). I keep all the jewel cases in storage down in the basement. Works beautifully. You can pretty stylish ones too.

Various colors, cloth, faux woods, and so on. We have the cheap nylon plastic versions. Keep them in the coffee table.

Here is one about like ours. Case Logic makes pretty well thought out cases. Fellows makes cases like this also, but theirs IMO are not as well built.
