I haven't even made it over there yet. But like I said, 21 in less than 2 weeks. How's next Jazz Fest/Mardis Gras sound? ;)

Sorry to bump a 7-year-old thread...

I just had a fairly large photo taken of my face at work and realized how old I look.  The version I posted to facebook I photoshopped the lines out of my forehead.  But still, I just look old.  Maybe its the glasses or unruly frizzy hair.  I think it might be that the pic is de-saturated but I've had a lot of sun lately so I'm otherwise red/blotchy/freckly. I dunno. I guess I'm just old.

I was tangentially mentioning one of you in a real life conversation the other day and realized I had to say, "A guy I've known online for at least 15 years..."  It was kinda strange...fuck...

PS - distributed my dissertation....hopefully completely done in 31 days....

Thankfully I'm not old yet, although not sure for how much longer.  I've noted a grey hair or 2 on my arms and one on my leg...

I came here June 06, 2006 and was an outsider.  So its gotta be more than 8 years.
