Moving to education

Im doing a bachelor of science in physics and recently realised the jobs id get with this degree are high pressure and long hours. I decided to be lazy and switch the education so I will know the most in the room and will get heaps of holidays.

I imagined in like 15 years being all pissed off cause all I do is work - id rather make less money and get more out of life, especially if I have a family.

Now I need to figure out how to transfer...

By the way, I thought education was all about long hours and high pressure, just less pay and less respect  :dunno:

Teaching in Aus can be pretty good - esp. if you work for a top school, rake in the cash.  But my girlfriend's mother was a teacher for like 20 years and fucking hated it by the end! She was working with small kids, a lot with mental health issues and other such things.  Being a high school teacher at some posh Sydney school probably wouldn't be too hard a life.

Oh yeah, by the way, I switched from Architecture to an interdisciplinary program with Architecture and Bio last year.  I think I want to go to grad school for either pharmacy or pharmacology.
