Think about it, that is over 1/4 of your daily intake of salt.  Most fat fucks need to decrease their sodium intake.

edit: Besides, I don't have high blood pressure and there's not a lot of heart disease in 28 year olds in my family.  The only thing the sodium is going to make me do is retain some water

My legs already hurt like shit.  I am definitely not looking forward to the next couple days.  I couldn't walk properly after my last leg day until like Friday

Just (gasp!) did 25 minutes on the elliptical.  God dammit am I fat.  But at least I did something in the little hotel gym.

Also someone let me know if this works.  It should be my livestrong page.  Like I said, I need to be much better about my diet and this is great for tracking it.  Mostly I need to be tracking my dinners, since my other meals are usually reasonably healthy.

I was going to call you a wimp for your squats, but I tried to do some today and I could only 6x115,135,155,150 lbs. That used to be front squat weight :(

I bought a pullup bar today :)  GNC's got a deal where you get a thing that is a pullup bar, ab roller, those dumb perfect pushup things, and a year "e-subscription" to Men's Health for $40.  I really wanted the pullup bar and sort of wanted an ab roller and the men's health thing so it seemed like a good deal to me.  Pullup bar went together easy and it didn't seem to hurt the doorframe at  all when I tried it out.  I have to get used to doing pullups when I can touch the ground though.

DB Bench 3x6x65  (good weight, maybe 2x8x70 next time)
DB Incline Bench 3x6x40 (this lift went from crazy hard to crazy easy.  move up again)
Cable Flies 3x6x200 (drop weight and work on form)
Dips 2x5, 1x3 (BW finally, could have gotten 5 on the last set but my hands were starting to slip)
