i'm a regular user at work and at home.  Work centers around three main distros:
1) Debian Stable(sarge) 2)Ubuntu Breezy 3) SUSE 10

Debian on the servers at work.  I have a Ubuntu workstation at work (it's debian based), and I have SUSE 10 on my Dell Inspiron 600m.

My verdict on linux is still the same.  Great for server environment, but the only thing i use it for on the desktop is development.  If i'm watching dvd's, listening to music etc, i'm booting into windows.  It's still fairly weak on the Desktop

I only have linux installed just now (though i'm going to put windows back on at some point), being a computer/network buff wanna-be knowing how linux works was something I had to learn...so I forced myself to use it!

I use slackware 10.2 but don't spend as much time with it as I should.

I use Fedora Core exclusively (ok, i booted into windows once to try the Rome Total War demo). Its a nice easy distro that still gives you the flexibility to do whatever you want.

Slackware 10.2, like Ken I don't tend to use it as much as I'd like - it's a really great platform for programming yet I know very little about it.

I've also used SuSE 9.2, Gentoo, Ubuntu 5.04 and Fedora Core 4. Love Linux, it's just very few developers see it as a viable gaming platform for some reason. :(

I use Mandrake. Can't say that I ever got wet over it though.

Fedora Core but use it only for school stuff.
Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

I used to run Redhat a year or so ago. I've installed Fedora on VMWare and that's how I play in Linux currently. When I get around to it I'll dual boot XP and FreeBSD.

it's technically mandriva now for some reason

i like fedora core... extremely well supported, relatively user friendly, and stable. all the benefits of corporate involvement with none of the pitfalls (except maybe you have to take 2 minutes out of your busy life and install mp3 packages for your music player of choice).
