Emeril's Essence is pretty good as an all in one seasoning.

I usually use lemon pepper and seasoned salt on my steaks.

I bought the stuff today. I was hanging out with heathers friend the other day (she needed to borrow some of my snowboarding gear) and when she came by I was cooking chicken pot pie and some other small stuff. So we were talking about cooking and next thing ya know....lol. She's wanted me for a while, and steak sounds good.

Ill let ya know how it turns out
hey ethic if you and i were both courting lily allen..... oh wait, which one of us has a relationship that lasted more than the bus ride home?
