... big deal... Pittsburgh didn't even make the playoffs last year and they have 5 primetime games.

The Lions won 2 games last year and were about 5 minutes from having the top draft pick in the league and...

yeah, they don't get any primetime games because who wants to watch the Lions

Really? I didnt know that. I always just assumed if you lived in the area of say, greenbay, you could get the packers games and so on for each team. But i have never watched football outside of NJ/PA and im not too familliar with how tv broadcasting works. I just figured while my team was playing here, someone else was watching their team in another state

I was joking you moron.  That's when I'd like them to be broadcast.

I get the Lions on Fox every Sunday at 1 or 4pm like everyone else does.  I'm usually gone then, though.

I don't know how some of you guys handle it, being forced to watch a crappy team on tv instead of more high profile games.

Let the Cutler era begin!!!

Yea, I didn't mean that as a spelling correction, just as a, shutup and respect the man, he has the potential to win any game...Oh, and I take off a little for spelling on my quizzes...

I was force fed Redskins games for four years in college...I did homework instead.  I hate it when "local" teams I don't care about crowd out the good games...

Or lose any game...

>  he has the potential to win any game.

Had.  Now he has the potential to throw late game INTs and further retard the development of Aaron Rodgers and speed the descent of the Packers into the almost-cellar of the NFC North.  He needs to retire.

You're right, he does, but he still deserves respect...and a team around him that can do something...

oh hes got my respect, but hes loosing it the more he pushes it. I'm waiting for him to come onto the field in a wheelchair with an air tank

Don't worry, rumor has it Millen is offering the Raiders the rest of their picks to move up to the top spot to ensure getting Calvin Johnson.

I'd be perfectly alright with Calvin Johnson, honestly.

Actually I agree, I do think hes a great guy, unlike those other whiny receivers the Lions have picked up in the past.  Can't imagine the uproar though if they got another receiver when its not exactly one of their top needs.
