I drink water constantly, i always have. As for alcohol i dont drink really anymore. I drank last friday night for my sisters 21st, but other then that i drink once every other week or so, and i rarely get lit anymore.

I used to drink a lot of soda at the office. I realized that was probably bad since I was doing it every day, so I switched to diet (diet cherry coke, coke zero, diet root beer... we only get coke products in my office).

Then I switched to mostly water because I didn't want to have all that diet soda either (caffeine and artificial sweeteners).

Then we switched offices and the water at the new office tastes horrible and makes me nauseous. So I drink 3-4 diet sodas a day.

The water is horrible in many places here. There's a water shortage, too. We have a filter, but it doesn't really help. The previous building we used bottled water, that was tasty.
