i thought it would have been sooner.  i mean the dude was 80, had thyroid cancer, chemotherapy, tracheotomy....

How do you figure?  It's already all over the news, and Bush is prepared to stick some other right-wing asshole in there and screw the queers and those damn women that have the right to make up thier own mind!

I mean the concept of a city 80% underwater is of slightly more pressing concern than which justice Bush chooses to replace Rehnquist, who was pretty conservative himself.
