ok i edited the title:

I liked the movie because it was entertaining and it never really dropped off to a standstill. They had a few really good actors (vic and the one captain from the shield, among others), the plot wasnt too over the top, etc. What i didnt like is the second they showed you that the woman causing the problems was a computer, then you SAW the computer, it was wayyyyyy too iRobot and that almost ruined it for me. But since i was entertained the rest of the way through, i only took away one point.

Your insane.

You're insane.

You are insane.

I have provided three versions, to keep ethic happy.

this first one is wrong and shouldn't keep ethic happy.

the rule of thumb is simple.  you're = "you are"
if you can't substitute the words "you are" then its just "your"

I used to always screw up there, they're, their.
"They're going to put their stuff over there"

I still never get then and than right. I think Then = time; than = other spacial differences.  "its later then you think" and "its bigger than you think"  or something like that?

I gave up on then and than.  But I think I've got its/it's down, though sometimes I have to pause and think about it for a second.

I still never get then and than right. I think Then = time; than = other spacial differences.  "its later then you think" and "its bigger than you think"  or something like that?

They're both "than". "Than" is for comparison. Bigger, later, taller, smaller, earlier, faster... all use than. Then is for everything else.
